We have always wanted to work where we live versus live where we work. So in 2010 we purchased our first vacation rental home in the  Aspen Brook neighborhood of Estes Park, Colorado- and where we are now blessed to call home. 

This was the start of our AspenHaus brand vacation rental business in beautiful Estes Park. Two years later, we purchased a smaller version (AspenHaus Cabin), which is located right down the road and recently sold to our friends Greg and Karla Bier who happen to  be long-time Aspen Brook homeowners (AKA Bierhaus Aspen Brook).

 In 2013, we opened Good Neighbor Vacation Rentals & currently manage the rentals  for 4 other homeowners; all located on the Big Thompson River in the stunning Mountain River community.

 And in 2019 we opened up  our lovingly restored historic circa 1906 summer cabin (AspenHaus Prospector) for vacation rentals. Prospector is located in the Summer Villa neighbohood of Estes Park (deed signed by Teddy Roosevelt himself!). 

Most recently in 2025 we expanded into Mark's hometown of Buffalo, New York with a long-term rental property. Go Bills!
