We have always wanted to "work where we live" versus "live where we work"....so in 2010 we purchased our anchor home AspenHaus Lodge located in the beautiful Aspen Brook neighborhood and where we are blessed to now call home. 

This was the start of our AspenHaus brand vacation rental business in beautiful Estes Park, Colorado.  Two years later, we purchased a smaller version (AspenHaus Cabin), which is located right down the road and recently sold to our friends Greg and Karla Bier who happen to  be long-time Aspen Brook homeowners (AKA Bierhaus Aspen Brook).

Most recently we decided to share our lovingly restored historic circa 1906 summer cabin (AspenHaus Prospector) located in the Summer Villa neighbohood close to Town.

In 2013, we opened Good Neighbor Vacation Rentals & currently manage the rentals for 4 other homeowners.
