We have always wanted to "work where we live" versus "live where we work"....so in 2010 we purchased our anchor home "AspenHaus Lodge" (where we are blessed to call home now!) and started our AspenHaus brand vacation rental business in beautiful Estes Park, Colorado.  Two years later, we purchased a smaller version (AspenHaus Cabin), which is located right down the road.

In 2013, we opened Good Neighbor Vacation Rentals & currently manage the rentals for 5 other homeowners (4  in the new Mountain River development and the other located in our own neighborhood of Aspen Brook).

 Most recently we decided to share our own lovingly restored historic circa 1906 summer cabin (AspenHaus Prospector).
