Cell phone coverage can be spotty in the mountains!! For your convenience, we have a landline at AspenHaus Cabin where you are able to make local and in-country telephone calls at no cost to you.
We do have very good WIFI service. Instructions to connect are at the house.

AspenHaus Cabin is licensed by the Town of Estes Park for occupancy of not more than 8 persons including children (our own limit is 6 total). WE COULD LOSE OUR LICENSE IF YOU VIOLATE THIS!!
DAY GUESTS/VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED WITHOUT OWNER APPROVAL AND ARE INCLUDED IN THE PERMIT LIMIT
No smoking at AspenHaus anywhere in the home and/or on the property! Community rules also prohibit smoking, including anywhere on the HOA common grounds.
No pets allowed at AspenHaus! Community rules also prohibit guest pets including anywhere on the HOA common grounds.
AspenHaus Cabin is part of the Aspen Brook HOA. The following Restrictive Covenants apply to your stay:
●Smoking and guest Pets are not allowed on Aspen Brook property.
●Fireworks or Firearms in any form are not permitted.
●Destruction of trees, plants, or animals is not permitted.
●Garage doors are to remain closed at all times unless moving a vehicle in or out.
●No camping is allowed on Aspen Brook Property.
●Motorcycles, campers, mobile/motor homes, ATV's, snowmobiles, trailers, etc. may not be parked or driven on Aspen Brook property.
●Loud music or activities that interfere with others are notpermitted.
●The posted speed limit is 15-MPH. Please do not exceed the speed limit. There are children playing in area!! Please watch for wildlife on the roads as well.
●While walking please stay on the roads of Aspen Brook and do not cut through other yards.
●The playground/picnic area is open from 9am – 9pm. Children must be accompanied by an adult. This applies to the areas along the river as well. Use is at your own risk. All posted rules must be followed at all times. The fire pit is restricted to Aspen Brook Owners only.
This home is privately owned, and the owner reserves the right to terminate occupancy prior to scheduled departure in the event that the owner determines that conduct is inappropriate, poses an unreasonable risk to the property or is inconsistent with the best interests of other Aspen Brook homeowners and/or guests.
