AspenHaus Prospector is licensed by the Town of Estes Park for occupancy of not more than 8 persons including children. Our own limit is six total staying at the cabin. WE COULD LOSE OUR LICENSE IF YOU VIOLATE THIS!!

●No camping allowed on our property.
●Campers, mobile/motor homes, ATV's, snowmobiles, trailers, etc. must be approved.
●Loud music or activities that interfere with others are not permitted.
●The posted speed limit is 15-MPH. Please do not exceed the speed limit. There are children playing in area!! Please watch for wildlife on the roads as well.
●While walking in the neighborhood please stay on the roads and do not cut through neighborhood yards
