We provide starter amounts of the following-

hand soap
bar soap
laundry and dishwashing detergent
paper products (TP, paper towels, napkins, glad wrap, aluminum foil, Kleenex)
some spices
coffee and coffee filters

We also have-

a fully equipped kitchen: it is doubtful you will need to bring anything with you for cooking purposes
a natural gas grill on the deck
hair dryers in each of the full bathrooms
an iron and ironing board (stored in the entry closet)
highchair
pack n play

Occupants

Riverbend Lodge is licensed by the Town of Estes Park for occupancy of not more than 8 persons including children. WE COULD LOSE OUR LICENSE IF YOU VIOLATE THIS!!

DAY GUESTS/VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED WITHOUT MANAGER APPROVAL AND ARE INCLUDED IN THE PERMIT LIMIT

No Smoking

Smoking anywhere in the home and/or on the property is prohibited.

No Pets

Pets anywhere in the home and/or on the property is prohibited.

HOA

Riverbend Lodge is a privately owned home with membership in the Mountain River Townhome HOA. The owner reserves the right to terminate occupancy prior to scheduled departure in the event that the owner determines that conduct is inappropriate, poses an unreasonable risk to the property or is inconsistent with the best interests of other Mountain River Townhouse homeowners and/or guests.
